Job summary

Choosecolumbusga is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, lead daily activities, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining financial profitability.

The ideal candidate will manage front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services; recruit and develop staff; monitor revenue metrics to achieve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals; and partner with sales to grow corporate and travel partner business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hotel management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, ensure financial profitability, and maintain high service standards across all departments.

The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations

Staff Leadership

Guest Experience

• Address guest concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly

• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals

Sales & Business Development

• Support sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses
• Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations
• Maintain security and emergency procedures
