This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee will be your employer; McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with leadership to set goals and create plans. You will lead a team of Department Managers, help them set and monitor their goals, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments. You may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.

Additional Information

Pay: $45,000–$60,000 per year. Eligible for the following benefits:

• Monthly Bonus Program up to $1,500/month or $18,000/year in addition to salary
