Job summary

The restaurant is operated by an independent franchisee and is not the same as McDonald’s USA.

Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met. The GM works with leadership to set goals, creates plans to achieve them, and leads a team of Department Managers. The GM helps Department Managers set goals, monitors progress, and coaches them. The GM may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.

Qualifications

Must have management experience. Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality/retail restaurants, are 18 years or older, and possess strong leadership skills.
