Qualifications

• 4–5 years GM experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Track record of leading teams and guest service.
• Financial and operational expertise including P&L, budgets, forecasting.
• Experience creating SOPs and service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Dudley's is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who combines a passion for service with commercial acumen, team development, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring consistently high service standards and memorable guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including managers and front-of-house staff.
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Operations team to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, food safety, beverage execution, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage service across dine-in, catering, takeout, delivery, and events.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and efficient operations.
• Oversee scheduling, performance management, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational systems.
• Build a positive team culture through clear communication, collaboration, and leadership by example.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of General Manager experience, ideally in a high-volume hospitality operation.
• A strong track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Proven financial and operational expertise, including P&L statements, budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor management.
• Experience creating and implementing operational procedures and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational technology.
