Qualifications

• 4–5 years GM experience in high-volume hospitality.
• Track record of leading teams and guest service.
• Financial and operational expertise including P&L, budgets, forecasting.
• Experience creating SOPs and service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house operations and guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Operations on profitability.
• Oversee financial performance: budgeting, labor, inventory, COGS.
• Maintain service quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage dining, catering, takeout, delivery, and events.
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistency.
• Oversee scheduling and day-to-day systems.
• Foster a positive team culture and lead by example.
