You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Miami. Responsibilities

The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L.

• Enforcing all standards of service
