Qualifications

Overview

Ideal candidate must have experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants. You’ll become part of a team that has successfully owned & operated restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Hong Kong and Miami. Responsibilities

The restaurant general manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including hiring/staffing, training, financial/P&L.

• Constant Improvement of FOH operations
• Store-level recruitment
• Manage Inventory
• Manage Employee Schedules
• Enforcing all standards of service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality experience required
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
