Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a seasoned General Manager for our upcoming opening at Culinary Dropout location. You will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

Must have 5+ years in restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable. Competitive pay, bonus, and comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Ability to manage operations and financials across locations.
• Experience scheduling; daily decision making and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach restaurant team; drive performance and training.
• Monitor financials, cost controls, and profitability.
• Coordinate with OpenTable and POS systems for guest flow.
• Plan shifts, staffing, and scheduling for peak periods.

What you’ll do:
