Job summary

Culinary Dropout, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume dining room and kitchen in Omaha, Nebraska. You will manage shifts, scheduling, and financials, coach the restaurant team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to schedule and plan shifts.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Oversee daily operations and financial performance.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
