Job summary

Culinary Dropout is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Tempe to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff in a high-volume setting. You will oversee scheduling, costs, quality standards, and guest experiences, ensuring smooth service and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant management, a solid grasp of operating metrics, and hands-on leadership.
