Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee store operations, lead teams, and drive business results in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets across the assigned store(s).

Responsibilities include building high-performing teams, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the community reputation of Titan Machinery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or related military experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve financial and operational results.
• Strong responsiveness to customer and employee requests with professional communication.

Join the Titan Machinery team as a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals. Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surpass sales goals and financial targets
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, uphold environmental, health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
