Job summary

Titan Machinery in Mandan, ND is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational goals. You will focus on customer service and strong financial performance.

You will manage daily operations, develop talent, ensure policy compliance, and drive safety and profitability. The role requires up to 50% travel and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' related experience and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
