Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a General Manager to oversee the store’s operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales and service excellence. You will shape customer experiences, manage financial performance, and uphold company policies and safety standards.

In this role you’ll recruit and develop talent, align store goals with corporate strategy, and ensure a positive work environment while delivering outstanding customer service across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams to achieve financial/operational results.
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands from customers and employees.

Join the Titan Machinery team as a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals. Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surp ass sales goals and financial targets
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, u phold environmental, health and safety regulations
