Job summary

MFA Incorporated is hiring a Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Technician to manage the SER program across facilities in Centralia, Mexico, and Elsberry, MO. The role includes implementing and tracking the Anhydrous Ammonia Preventative Maintenance system and training personnel across sites.

You will support SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator, conduct regular inspections, ensure timely training, and maintain documentation in the Dekra online system in compliance with company

Qualifications

• Three years industry experience in agricultural business preferred or a BS degree.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide new hire and ongoing safety training.
• Record training documentation in the Dekra online system.
• Assist SER Field Staff with pre-inspections of Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.
• Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT documentation after testing.
• Complete annual final inspection of Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and housekeeping inspections.

At MFA, team members are empowered to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land. **Responsibilities:**This person will maintain and monitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Program for a group of MFA facilities around the Centralia, Mexico, and Elsberry, MO areas. The employee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the implementation, monitoring, and record-keeping of the MFA Anhydrous Ammonia Preventative Maintenance Tracking System. The SER Technician will also train and maintain documentation of training for the personnel within a group of MFA facilities and field staff.
