Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Lebanon, Missouri, is hiring for a 2nd shift Laborer to support all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. This full-time role runs from 2 PM to 10 PM and offers growth through cross-training and a team-oriented culture in agriculture.

Ideal candidates will have basic physical capability to move 50–100 pounds, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Overtime availability, including weekends, as needed.
• Ability to maneuver 50–100 pounds of product/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the Lebanon location, supporting all areas (feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, farm supply).
• Complete tasks per company policy; shift runs 2 PM–10 PM.
