Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals with the leader and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers; coach and provide direction to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.

Qualifications

• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also acceptable.
