Location: Jacksonville, Florida. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Hours: flexible shifts, part‑time options available.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and improve performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective team.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align operational objectives and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Previous General Manager experience managing high‑volume quick‑service restaurants (preferred), or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
