Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant seeks a General Manager to run a profitable operation and uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach staff to achieve targets.

The role requires prior General Manager experience in fast-service settings, with hospitality or retail backgrounds considered an asset. 18+ to apply; McDonald’s experience is a plus.

Starting Pay

Minimum $65k and up, depending on experience. Monthly bonus potential! McDonald’s experience is a plus!

Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching and direction to improve their Departments. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
