Job summary

Drury Hotels in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will drive service quality, profitability, and staff engagement across departments, ensuring the property meets the brand and guest expectations.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, develop annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and maintain strict operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel experience preferred.
