About the role

This position is for a General Manager at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer for all employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them in partnership with the leader.
• Lead Department Managers, help them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve performance.
• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent team.

Qualifications
