Flower Child is a high-volume restaurant concept in Dallas, TX, seeking an experienced manager who can lead shifts, control costs, and ensure first-class guest experiences. This role emphasizes operational discipline, team development, and a strong guest-service mindset.

Compensation Range

$74,000 - $80,000 / year + 20% Bonus Opportunity
