Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is seeking a General Manager to own and run a single Jack's store in Brownsville, TN. You’ll oversee sales, profitability, staffing, training, and customer service, driving a high-performance team in a fast-casual setting.

You’ll lead service standards, manage a million-dollar business, coach staff, and foster a positive work culture with an emphasis on growth from within. Monthly bonus potential and strong benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, staffing and food safety.
• Willingness to work 50–55 hours per week.
