Job summary

Jack’s in Milton, FL is seeking a General Manager to own and operate a single Jack’s store, overseeing sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service and daily operations.

You will lead a team, ensure superior service, meet daily goals, and manage a million-dollar business with high energy and standards. Grow within the company, receive recognition, and contribute to a warm, southern hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• High energy and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and team development.
• Ability to multitask and work 50–55 hours per week.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• P&L management and sales forecasting familiarity.
• Food safety knowledge.
