Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is hiring a General Manager to own a single Jack's store and oversee sales, profitability, staffing, training and customer service. You will lead the team to meet service and quality standards, hire and coach staff, and drive daily goals while maintaining a high-energy, respectful workplace.

You will also focus on maintaining guest satisfaction, managing a million-dollar business, and promoting growth through internal advancement and recognition.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to build a motivated team.
• Proven servant leadership style with a customer-first approach.
• Flexibility to manage 50–55 hours per week and competing priorities.
• Solid business sense including P&L, forecasting, and operations.
