Job summary

Jack’s is seeking a General Manager to own a single store in Alabama, overseeing sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and daily operations. You’ll lead a team to uphold service, cleanliness, and quality while driving a high-energy guest experience.

You will hire, coach, mentor, and develop staff, manage a million-dollar business, and create a supportive, fun work environment while serving delicious southern foods.

Qualifications

• Energy and a warm, friendly vibe are essential.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and the ability to coach others.
• Flexible, multitasking with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to navigate tough situations with diplomacy.
• Good business sense including P&L, forecasting, staffing, safety.
