Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is seeking a General Manager to own and operate a single Jack's store in Bolivar, TN. You will drive sales, service, and profitability while leading a team to deliver high-quality southern food and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, customer service, and managing day-to-day operations. Growth opportunities, monthly bonuses, and recognition are highlighted as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours per week.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Food service background preferred.
