Job summary

Sweet Cow Ice Cream in Boulder, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and develop a high-performing team. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift.
  • Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Adhere to the written schedule.
  • Maintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hours.

The General Manager provides strategic direction, maintains operations, and drives results through people development, sales, and growth.
