Job summary

Sweet Cow Ice Cream is hiring friendly, high-energy team members to scoop ice cream and provide top-tier service in our Colorado locations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming and efficient shop while gaining experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

The role offers immediate tasks with potential growth into Ice Cream Maker, MooMobile Lead, Shift Lead, and managerial tracks as you develop with the team. Perks include free ice cream during shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Available for at least 2 shifts per week (10+ hrs).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift.
• Flexible availability: 4 daytime shifts Mon-Fri or 2+ closing shifts plus weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Scoop, serve & engage with customers with friendliness and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Ice Cream Maker and Production - be a part of the magic behind Sweet Cow's incredible treats
• MooMobile Lead - oversee daily truck operations and provide the Sweet Cow experience at events
• Shift Lead - guide and support your team while ensuring smooth and efficient shop operations
• Assistant and General Manager - build and grow strong shop teams and community relationships

What We Need from You:

• Can work at least 2 shifts per week (10+hrs)
• Open availability. To keep things running smoothly, we need team members with flexible availability. Regardless of how many shifts you want to work, your availability must include:
  • 4 daytime shifts (open-4 pm) Mon-Fri
  • OR
  • 2+ closing shifts Mon-Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri-Sun, and 1+ daytime shifts Sat-Sun
  • Closing shifts typically end 1 hour past the posted closing time)
• 16+ years old
• Can lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift
• Commitment to schedule adherence, continued training, and growth

Compensation:

$21 per hour ($14.80 per hour + $6.50/hr average in tips)
