Job summary

The Hunter Group in Bend, OR is seeking a seasoned Fine Dining General Manager to lead a busy restaurant with a wine club.

We require several years of GM experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting, with strong service focus, staff development, and hospitality. You should be proficient with restaurant systems, and able to manage P&L, food and labor costs, and drive outstanding service. Relocation is available.

FINE DINING GENERAL MANAGERS-IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST-THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!

Our fine dining, busy restaurant, that includes a wine club (Sommelier on staff), is in need of a fine dining, detail and service oriented, General Manager.

Must have several years of General Manager experience in a fine dining, high volume RESTAURANT. Experience in operations known for outstanding service and structure and the ability to train and teach a very eager staff is required. Must understand some restaurant tech programs as well as P&L, food costs, labor costs and have a warm, welcoming sense of hospitality and positive vibe.

Employee's health insurance is 100% paid by owner. Plans for expansion in about 24 months. Base salary is up to $120,000 plus bonus and an opportunity for equity.
