The Hunter Group in Bend, OR is seeking a seasoned Fine Dining General Manager to lead a busy restaurant with a wine club.

We require several years of GM experience in a fine dining, high-volume setting, with strong service focus, staff development, and hospitality. You should be proficient with restaurant systems, and able to manage P&L, food and labor costs, and drive outstanding service. Relocation is available.

Qualifications

• Several years of GM experience in fine dining, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to train and lead an eager staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Experience with P&L, food costs and labor costs; understands restaurant tech.
