Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced General Manager for a high-volume, upscale dining destination in Downtown Atlanta, GA. You will lead the floor, build a top FOH/BOH team, and shape a culture of hospitality and guest excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in restaurant leadership, including 3-5+ years as GM, with strong P&L acumen and a background in private dining or events. ServSafe certification preferred. This role offers a competitive package and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience with 3-5+ years as a General Manager.
• Proven success managing a high-volume upscale restaurant, ideally generating $6M+ in annual revenue.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations while maintaining an active, highly visible presence on the floor.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing FOH and BOH leadership team.
• Create a positive, accountable culture centered around hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee high-volume daily service along with private dining, special events, and large-scale functions.
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH and BOH execution.
• Develop relationships with guests, regulars, community partners, and local businesses.
• Identify creative opportunities to grow revenue, private dining, events, and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability.

• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
