Aqua-Tots Swim School in Atlanta is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive team development, and deliver world-class swim lessons in a safe, welcoming environment.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, budgets, and sales goals while ensuring outstanding customer service and a positive family experience. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, with starting pay at $50,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in operations, hospitality, education, aquatics, or retail.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• CPR certified and CPO license (or willing to obtain; training provided).
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Oversee operations: staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Partner for success: collaborate with Regional Manager to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience (operations, hospitality, education, aquatics, or retail preferred)
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPR certified & Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license (or willing to obtain — we’ll provide training)
