Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician at Cascada Spa & Hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and impeccable appearance of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, completing work orders, and maintaining the overall functionality of equipment and systems to uphold our high standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Perform daily safety checks and maintenance of six bodies of water used for guest bathing, ensuring water quality and safety compliance, CPO.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems according to established schedules.
  • Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Model professional appearance, carriage, and demeanor, representing the high standards of Cascada Spa & Hotel at all times.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and guests.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of maintenance practices.

Requirements
