Job summary

The Rahway School District is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Facilities staff member to support building operations for 12 months, 40 hours per week. The role requires knowledge of basic construction principles, EPA refrigeration certification, and a valid boiler license (preferably Black Seal or willingness to obtain within a year).

The position demands physical stamina, lifting, and the ability to work outside normal hours when needed.

Job description

Term of Employment: 12 months, 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Salary: In accordance with the negotiated agreement. The minimum starting salary is $65,531 (Step 1)
