Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking a Practice Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the General Liability Practice Group in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent. You will work with attorneys and staff to support client service, matter management, and firm initiatives across the practice group.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience or higher in a legal support role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of materials, forms, budgets, reports, and charts for major clients and agencies.
• Prepare expense reimbursements and manage attorney calendars.
• Provide calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of calls.
• Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and reminders for timely client and court obligations.
• Open, maintain, and close client and matter files per firm procedures.
• Prepare, edit, format, and organize legal documents using firm templates.
