Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking a Practice Assistant for its General Liability Practice Group in San Diego. You will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, clients, and firm initiatives with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent. You’ll collaborate with attorneys and staff while using Aderant and MS Office to manage files and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in legal/administrative support.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; paralegal cert is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in General Liability Practice Group, including calendar management and scheduling.
• Prepare materials, budgets, reports, and charts for major clients and agencies.
• Open, maintain, and close client/matter files per firm procedures.
• Prepare, edit, format, and organize legal documents using firm templates.
