Job summary

Klinedinst PC is seeking a Practice Assistant to support the General Liability Practice Group. The role focuses on administrative and legal support, ensuring efficient daily operations, client service, and collaboration across attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience and either an Associate’s degree or equivalent. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient use of legal tech and MS Office are essential

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience supporting attorneys and clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of materials, forms, budgets, reports, and charts for major clients.
• Prepare expense reimbursements and maintain files according to firm procedures.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calls.
