Klinedinst PC is seeking a Practice Assistant to support the General Liability Practice Group in Los Angeles. You will assist attorneys with calendars, filings, document management, and client communications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent; you will help with time entry, billing, and matter openings, while maintaining professional standards and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related administrative experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calendar management and scheduling.
• Prepare and edit legal documents using firm templates.
• Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines.
• Open, maintain, and close client and matter files.
