Qualifications

• 7–10 years of demonstrated ability handling Commercial General Liability Claims including Complex litigation, Bodily Injury, and Property Damage

Responsibilities

• Lead a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality service.
• Guide claims handling in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
