Travelers Insurance in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Claims Representative to manage low- to moderate-complexity liability and property damage claims. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages, establish reserves, and issue payments with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, plus 1–2 years of bodily injury or property damage experience, and an active adjuster license where required. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; two years of liability, bodily injury or related claim experience.
• Active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and enterprise tech platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze policy language and manage high-volume workload.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of injury and property damage claims from first notice of loss to resolution.
• Gather information from relevant parties to determine coverage and liability.
• Provide timely communication to customers, counsel, and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and issue payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate claim activity records in the system.
