Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training classes on policies, claims processes, and systems.
• Interpret policy language to determine coverage and assess liability and damages.
• Develop and execute action plans for claim resolution.
• Coordinate with Subrogation, Risk Control, nurse consultants, and other specialists.
• Provide timely claim updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
• Commit to continuous learning, including AI and digital transformation.
• Acquire and maintain required insurance licenses within three months.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
