Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Hawaiian Gardens, CA seeks a General Ledger Assistant to support the Finance Department with general ledger accounting and data entry during a 3-5 month assignment.

You will review and post financial transactions, assist with ledger entries and account coding, and help ensure records are accurate.

This on-site role offers weekday hours and hands-on exposure to municipal finance operations.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting or finance experience required.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Experience with financial data entry and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Finance Department, the General Ledger Assistant will provide support with general ledger accounting and related financial data entry.

• 3-5-month assignment
• Schedule: M-Th 10am-5pm
