Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Team members may rotate between shifts based on operational needs and seasonality.

Schedule may be adjusted based on company business needs. Overtime opportunities are available during peak production seasons, and occasional weekends may be required.

The Role

As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in supporting mulch, soil, and compost production operations. You'll assist with material handling, site cleanup, bagging operations, palletizing, and supporting equipment operators and production teams throughout the facility.

This is a physically active position where reliability, teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic are critical to success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, construction, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift

• Reliable transportation to the Delray Beach facility

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver materials and equipment as needed
• Ability to work around dust, dirt, mud, noise, moving equipment, and strong odors
• Ability to wear required PPE and respiratory protection when necessary
