McGill Environmental Systems is seeking a dependable 1st shift General Laborer to support our composting and organics recycling facility in Morrisville, PA. The role involves outdoor work and hands-on tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with possible overtime and weekend work. Benefits include health coverage, HSA, 401(k) matching, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding outdoor role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, construction, landscaping, agriculture, recycling operations, or general labor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds, ramps, screening areas, and shop facilities clean and organized.
• Perform weed eating, shoveling, painting, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Clean and prepare processing bays and production areas.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance technicians with repair and upkeep projects.
• Organize tools, parts, and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accountability for company-issued tools and equipment.
