As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a vital role in transforming organic waste into high‑quality compost, mulch, and soil products that support healthier communities and a cleaner environment.
You will safely operate heavy equipment used to move, process, blend, screen, and transport organic materials while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in operating equipment efficiently and contributing to a productive team environment.
