General Laborer Production Welding

About the Role

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing stud rails through high-volume tack and spot welding. This entry-level position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals looking to gain hands-on welding and fabrication experience.

Work Environment

• Fabrication shop setting with dust, noise, and varying temperatures

• Steel-toe boots required

• Second Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

• Initial training: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of LEBANON, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
