Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) in De Pere, WI, is seeking a skilled manufacturing associate for day/night shifts. The role involves operating and maintaining power tools, reading blueprints, and assembling materials per specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools (required or plus).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and/or cut sheets (plus).
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards.

Responsibilities

Shift:

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation:

$18-$25/hour

• Yearly bonus payouts
• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Requirements
