Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking production staff to operate and maintain power tools on day or night shifts. Work includes cutting to spec, reading blueprints, and assembling materials.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, with opportunities for advancement, training, and tuition reimbursement, plus onsite health resources.

Qualifications

• Experience operating power tools and reading blueprints.
• Ability to read cut sheets and production documents.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely.

Shift: We offer flexible shifts!

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation: $18–$25/hour

*Yearly bonus payouts

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
