Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a skilled general labor/assembler for shift from 4pm to 4am in Green Bay, WI. Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with yearly bonus payouts.

The role focuses on operating power tools, reading blueprints, and assembling materials to exact specifications, in a team setting that aims for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, read blueprints, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Ability to work in a team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and adherence to shop rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
