AmeriLux Family of Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate and maintain power tools and read blueprints to fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency.

You will cut materials to specifications, assemble components, and work closely with teammates to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals in a shift-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Able to read and interpret a tape measure accurately.

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation: $18–$25/hour

*Yearly bonus payouts

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
• Assemble materials according to specifications
• Accurately fulfill and complete orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
