Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring for a Production Team member in Green Bay, WI. You will be cross-trained across departments, float where needed, and potentially permanent placement based on skills and company needs.

Leadership and growth opportunities are available. Responsibilities include operating machines such as drill presses, mitre saws, and table saws, reading work orders, and preparing raw material to precise specs.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders.
• Understanding technical drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and tools in the area (drill presses, miter saws, table saws).
• Read and execute sales orders to prepare raw material to spec.
• Adhere to work orders and timelines.
• Collaborate with team on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Production Team. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our production plant - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned to a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment
